At Mouse's House Antiques, we want you to cherish your vintage finds; however, if your curated piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the delicate nature of antique textiles, items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our vintage concierge via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wrap your item in its original archival packaging to ensure the antique fabric is protected from moisture and friction during transit.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our curators verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
